Data Deletion Instructions

Stop receiving messages

Tap the "Stop messages" button in any message, or reply "إيقاف" or "stop". Messaging stops immediately and automatically, and you will receive a confirmation. Your number is excluded from all future campaigns.

Request deletion of your data

  1. Send an email to a.1300108@hotmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the phone number that received the messages, and the name of the clinic if you know it.
  3. We will delete your name, phone number, message history, replies and booking records within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep: if you have opted out, we keep only your phone number and the opt-out date on our do-not-contact list. This is the only way to guarantee you are never messaged again. If you want this entry removed as well, tell us in your email, and we will explain that you may then be contacted again by a clinic's campaign.

إيقاف الرسائل

اضغط زر "إيقاف الرسائل" في أي رسالة، أو اكتب "إيقاف". تتوقف الرسائل فوراً وتلقائياً وتصلك رسالة تأكيد، ويُستبعد رقمك من كل الحملات القادمة.

طلب حذف بياناتك

  1. أرسل بريداً إلى a.1300108@hotmail.com بعنوان "طلب حذف بيانات".
  2. اذكر رقم الهاتف الذي وصلته الرسائل، واسم العيادة إن كنت تعرفه.
  3. نحذف اسمك ورقمك وسجل الرسائل والردود والحجوزات خلال 30 يوماً، ونؤكد لك بالبريد.

ما نحتفظ به: إن كنت طلبت إيقاف الرسائل، نحتفظ فقط برقم هاتفك وتاريخ الإيقاف في قائمة عدم التواصل، وهي الطريقة الوحيدة لضمان عدم مراسلتك مجدداً. إن أردت حذفه أيضاً فاذكر ذلك في رسالتك، وسنوضح لك أن ذلك قد يعني وصول رسائل لك مستقبلاً من حملة إحدى العيادات.
