Terms of Service

Effective date: 30 September 2026

These terms apply to clinics ("Client") using the KA Reactivation service provided by ALI OQAB ADVERTISING SERVICES (trade licence CN-6325109, Abu Dhabi, UAE) ("we", "us"). A signed agreement with a Client takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

1. The service

We send WhatsApp template messages, approved by Meta, on the Client's behalf to the Client's own former patients, and pass booking requests and patient replies back to the Client's staff. We do not provide medical advice and we do not contact patients about diagnoses or treatments.

2. Client responsibilities

• The Client confirms that each patient it provides has given permission to be contacted by the Client on WhatsApp, as required by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and that it has a lawful basis to share the patient's name, phone number and date of last visit with us.
• The Client provides only the three fields listed in our Privacy Policy and no medical or payment information.
• The Client's staff follow up booking requests and patient replies.
• The Client complies with WhatsApp's and Meta's commerce and messaging policies.

3. Our responsibilities

• Process patient data only to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Honour every opt-out immediately and exclude opted-out numbers from all future campaigns.
• Keep each Client's data separate and never use it for any other Client.
• On termination, provide a full data export within 7 days and delete the Client's data within 30 days, except the opt-out list.

4. Availability

The service depends on WhatsApp and Meta's platform. We are not responsible for interruptions, message delivery failures or template decisions made by Meta.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
